She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families. She has provided professional services in outpatient, home, community and school-based settings. She is strengths-based and solution focused. She is EMDR trained (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), while also using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) mindfulness practices, and problem solving skills training (PSST) in her work.

Carrie Brosmer, PsyD, HSPP

Carrie Brosmer will be providing in-office appointments as a response to COVID-19.

Dr. Brosmer has been a licensed psychologist since 2018. While she has experience working with clients of all ages, she specializes in providing psychological assessment for preteens through adults. At this time, Dr. Brosmer is accepting clients for psychotherapy and psychological assessment. During her doctoral training, Dr. Brosmer provided psychotherapy and psychological assessment in medical hospital, work release, college counseling, community agency, and private practice settings. Since earning her doctoral degree, she has worked in the capacities of crisis clinician, clinical psychologist, and clinical director within an inpatient psychiatric setting. Her approach is relational, warm, collaborative, and egalitarian, viewing each person and his or her goals, dreams, strengths, weaknesses, and needs as unique. Her goal is to enable each individual to receive treatment uniquely tailored to meet his or her needs, leading to new experiences with oneself, others, and the world driving lasting therapeutic change.

Deborah Randazzo, LCSW

Deb Randazzo will be providing in-office and tele-health appointments as a response to COVID-19.

Deborah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families through community mental health organizations.  She has provided professional services in outpatient, home, community and school-based settings. Most recently, she has been supervising a school-based mental health team in a local school district.  She uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which bridges how our thoughts/feelings/actions are all interconnected. She also uses other theoretical approaches in practice including strengths-based, solutions focused, and mindfulness techniques in her practice.

Christine Gillies will be providing in-office and tele-health appointments as a response to COVID-19.

 

She is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in community, home, school, and private practice settings.  She has provided therapeutic and diagnostic services using various evidence-based treatment modalities to help people work through issues related to anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, disruptive behaviors, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.  She uses a collaborative and strengths-based approach in her work and often tries to think “outside of the box” when helping clients reach their goals.

 

Christine completed her undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH.  She earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA and a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT.

She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with several years of experience working in the mental health field. Kelly works with females age 5 and over through adulthood, as well as males age 12 and younger. She has a strong passion for working with children, adolescents and families, and specializes in providing individual, group and family therapy. Kelly has practiced and served in a variety of settings, including school-based and home-based environments, community mental health centers, outpatient facilities, and within volunteer organizations. She has extensive experience providing treatment for grief, trauma, anxiety, depression and behavioral disorders, and utilizes a solution-focused, strength-based approach and person-centered philosophy in her work. Kelly strives to provide a safe, calming and empowering environment for individuals and families to grow and meet their full potential.

 

Kelly earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Dayton, and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Butler University. She is a National Certified LMHC licensed in the State of Indiana, and has obtained certifications in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR.

He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 18 years of experience working adults, children and adolescents and families. He has a background in providing services in outpatient, home, community and school-based settings.  Most recently, Randy was a Director providing clinical and administrative oversight to a school-based program providing onsite services to Indianapolis area schools. He is also currently certified as a trainer for Mental Health First Aid providing training to organizations and the general public on identifying, understanding and responding to individuals in need.

 

Randy completed his Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at Indiana State University

Dr. Baume is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years experience working with adults, children, adolescents and their families. He has worked in an array of settings, providing counseling, psychological testing and consultation. 

 

Dr. Baume served as a Staff Psychologist for the City of St. Louis Family Court - Juvenile Division and was an award-winning Lead Psychologist contracted with the Indiana Department of Correction. He has been in private practice since 2004.  Dr. Baume completed his Bachelors degree in Psychology at Wittenberg University and his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
