Katherine spent nearly a decade working in mental health with the Veterans Administration and has also worked in hospital systems and community mental health. She works with children over the age of four, adolescents, adults and couples. Her practice style is an eclectic approach using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal, mindfulness, and play therapy. She enjoys working with a wide variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, & childhood issues. Her back-ground includes in-depth training with dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT) and trauma work.
Courtney Harmatys, LMHC | Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Courtney Harmatys will be providing video and phone telehealth as a response to COVID-19. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor with over 8 years of combined experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families. She has provided professional services within an in-patient treatment facility, community mental health center, Applied Behavioral Analysis centers, schools, and non-profit organizations. She is person-centered & strength-based while utilizing cognitive-behavioral strategies to help individuals explore their goals and find renewed growth, potential, and fulfillment in their lives.

Christine Gillies, PsyD, HSPP | Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Christine Gillies will be providing video and phone telehealth as a response to COVID-19. She is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in community, home, school, and private practice settings. She has provided therapeutic and diagnostic services using various evidence-based treatment modalities to help people work through issues related to anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, disruptive behaviors, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She uses a collaborative and strengths-based approach in her work and often tries to think “outside of the box” when helping clients reach their goals.
Christine completed her undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH. She earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA and a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT.
Samantha Wright, LCSW | Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Samantha Wright will be providing video and phone telehealth as a response to COVID-19. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who enjoys working with a variety of clients ranging from young children, tweens, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her specialty is working on solution focused methods to help her clients find immediate avenues to alleviate stress and frustration and work on a plan and to create a path for overall wellbeing.
She has over fifteen years’ experience in the mental health field providing professional services in settings that include clinical outpatient programs, corrections, CPS/DCS, juvenile and adult probation, school mental health, family court, community mental health, hospice, and aging issues. Her practice style combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and other goal-oriented therapies.
Samantha earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Purdue University and her Master's of Social Work from Indiana University. She is invested in helping her clients reach self-understanding and working to help educate and guide them to develop their best self with empathy, insight, and supportive understanding.

Sarah Dross-Gonzalez, PsyD, HSPP | Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Gonzalez will be providing video and phone telehealth as a response to COVID-19. She is a Licensed Psychologist who enjoys working with individuals of all ages. She was born and raised outside of Chicago, Illinois and earned her doctorate degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She earned her undergraduate degree from Purdue University. Dr. Gonzalez has been practicing psychology for over 15 years in various settings such as community mental health centers, private practices, hospitals, and schools. She enjoys providing both therapeutic and diagnostic services to all age groups, as well as providing clinical supervision to trainees. She routinely conducts diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. In conducting Psychological evaluations, she assess for many potential diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Depression, and Anxiety. Additionally, Dr. Gonzalez provides individual therapy services to aid individuals in managing their symptoms and works collaboratively with individuals to aid in coping with life stressors. She approaches therapy from a cognitive behavioral perspective, aiding individuals in understanding how their core beliefs effect their behaviors and emotional development. Additionally, Dr. Gonzalez enjoys working with families to identify core issues and aid them in re-establishing balance and equilibrium within their family system.

Kelly Herr will be providing video and phone telehealth as a response to COVID-19. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with several years of experience working in the mental health field. She has a strong passion for working with children, adolescents and families, and specializes in providing individual, group and family therapy. Kelly has practiced and served in a variety of settings, including school-based and home-based environments, community mental health centers, outpatient facilities, and within volunteer organizations. She has extensive experience providing treatment for grief, trauma, anxiety, depression and behavioral disorders, and utilizes a solution-focused, strength-based approach and person-centered philosophy in her work. Kelly strives to provide a safe, calming and empowering environment for individuals and families to grow and meet their full potential.
Kelly earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Dayton, and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Butler University. She is a National Certified LMHC licensed in the State of Indiana, and has obtained certifications in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR.
Randal Dewell, LMHC | Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Randy Dewell will be providing video and phone telehealth as a response to COVID-19. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 18 years of experience working adults, children and adolescents and families. He has a background in providing services in outpatient, home, community and school-based settings. Most recently, Randy was a Director providing clinical and administrative oversight to a school-based program providing onsite services to Indianapolis area schools. He is also currently certified as a trainer for Mental Health First Aid providing training to organizations and the general public on identifying, understanding and responding to individuals in need.

Jennifer Herschberger will be providing video and phone telehealth as a response to COVID-19. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who enjoys treating couples and individuals using evidenced-based interventions at the pace that best fits each client. Her areas of clinical interest include couples’ therapy, relationship uncertainty, anxiety, thriving through life transitions, depression, LGBTQ concerns, improving confidence, and anger management. Jennifer has fifteen years’ experience in the mental health field. She has provided professional services in settings including clinical outpatient programs, corrections, family court, and community mental health. Her practice style combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, solution focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. Derek Baume, PsyD, HSPP | Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Baume is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years experience working with adults, children, adolescents and their families. He has worked in an array of settings, providing counseling, psychological testing and consultation.
Dr. Baume served as a Staff Psychologist for the City of St. Louis Family Court - Juvenile Division and was an award-winning Lead Psychologist contracted with the Indiana Department of Correction. He has been in private practice since 2004. Dr. Baume completed his Bachelors degree in Psychology at Wittenberg University and his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
